Refund policy

At Roshnora, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Since we sell digital products only, please read this policy before buying.

Digital Products: No Returns

All our products are downloadable PDF files. A digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, so we do not accept returns.

Refunds

Refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded, because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be taken back.

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

• You were charged but did not receive your download link, and we are unable to resend it.
• You were charged twice for the same order by mistake.

Damaged or Faulty Files

If your PDF is damaged, incomplete or won’t open, we’ll fix it for you:

• Email us at help.roshnora@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
• We’ll send you a working copy of the file, usually within 24 hours.

Didn’t Receive Your File?

• Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
• Still can’t find it? Email us with your order number and we’ll resend your download link.

How Approved Refunds Are Processed

If your refund is approved, it will be sent to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
