Welcome to Roshnora (roshnora.shop). By browsing this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. About us

Roshnora is an online store selling digital products, such as downloadable PDF books. You can contact us at help.roshnora@gmail.com.

2. Digital products only

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical product is shipped. Any images of printed pages, stencils or finished rangolis are for illustration only.

3. Orders and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your card or UPI details.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, misuse or a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email you provide. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you still don't receive it, email us with your order number and we'll resend it.

5. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded. If your file is damaged, incomplete or won't open, contact us and we will send a working copy. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Licence: personal use only

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, view and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print the pages as many times as you like for yourself.

You may not:

  • share, forward, upload, resell or give away the PDF or any part of it;
  • post the files or pages on websites, social media groups, or file-sharing apps;
  • sell printed copies or stencils made from the designs;
  • claim the designs as your own.

Sharing photos of a rangoli you made using our designs is welcome.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products (designs, stencils, text, images, logos and the Roshnora name) belongs to Roshnora and is protected by copyright law. Any use not allowed under section 6 needs our written permission.

8. Results and use of materials

Our designs and instructions are for guidance. Final results depend on your materials, surface and skill. Use rangoli colours, chalk, pins and diyas carefully, keep them away from children's mouths and eyes, and keep diyas at a safe distance from rangoli and fabrics.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roshnora is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
